Empowerment Groups
What
is a Mastery Empowerment Group?
We
are rapidly moving into a new era. Each one can see the
changes in daily life.
The group says that there are things we can do to prepare ourselves
for what is ahead. They call this the Age of E and learning
to live as empowered humans and helping those around us to be
fully empowered is the most important change we can make to prepare
for what is ahead.
A
Mastery Empowerment Group is a group of people who meet on a regular
basis with a combined focus of helping each of the members to
move into full empowerment.
This can be three or 100 people. It can start with friends
or people who you respect and trust. The meeting schedule can
be weekly monthly or anything that fits for the group. The
idea is to take the focus of each meeting and put it into use
in your daily life, reporting and discussing the results at the
next meeting.
As
an aid to get these groups going we will offer exercises called
"Power Points" as a suggested focus for these meetings.
Some of the power points will be to bond the group and others
will be suggestions for applying empowerment in the daily lives
of each of the participants.
You
can read
the full message from the group that first mentioned
the suggestion of Mastery Empowerment.
The
suggestions for these groups are as follows:
1.
Form a group that will meet on a regular basis. Three or
more people who can make a commitment to themselves and the group.
They can be friends or just people you respect.
2.
Rotate the leadership of the meetings.
3.
Have a Power Point (focus or topic) for each meeting.
4.
After discussion, take the topic from the meeting and use it in
your daily lives until the next meeting when you will report to
the others in the group.
5.
First half of the meeting will discuss the last meeting power
point and how they worked in daily life.
6.
Second half of the meeting will introduce a new power point with
discussion and vocational exercises.

exercises here
(Lightworker). (Alternatively you can find them here
on my next pages, in English
and Dutch - Skyblue)
Although
these groups work best in person there are other options like
e-meetings.
